Chinese New Year Give Away …the gift of health!

Photobucket

Welcome to the Chinese New Year Hop, brought to you by How Was Your Day?  2012 is the Year of the Dragon!

The Dragon is a sacred symbol in Chinese astrology.  A dragon is symbolic of power and superiority, rather than a threatening symbol.  People born under the sign of the dragon are special, considered widely to be strong and wise.
There are more than 60 blogs participating, each with a minimum $25 prize package!    We also have a Grand Prize.  You can earn entries for the Grand Prize by entering the giveaways hosted on each blog.
You’ll definitely want to see what everyone has to offer!

I am excited to offer Fit Moms For Life written by personal trainer, speaker blogger, and boot camp owner Dustin Maher.  I had a chance to review the book and have been using it to jump start my own fitness makeover.  So far I have lost three pounds making some small changes (3 lbs. in three weeks is not so bad!).  Check out my take on fitness and nutrition and my review of the book here: my review.

The lucky winner will also receive a cool water bottle and pedometer sponsored by me, myself and I at The Family That Laughs Together.

As the book says, we need to take care of ourselves and be a good role model for our husbands, partners and kiddos…because they will follow our example.  I definitely want my family to choose to go on a walk over eating a bag of chips..so I better make that change myself ;)

To enter this giveaway fill out the rafflecopter below.  I encourage you to then check out all the other prizes offered and the other blogs listed below.  Who knows you might win a prize and find a cool new blog to follow. Happy New Year and Chinese New Year too.
