*Happy Fourth of July**

Today I am hopefully sleeping in a little bit… then hanging out with my family of three and enjoying the day. UPDATE: Dog and son woke us up by 6 a.m…oh well for dreams).

Today I can’t help but reflect on how quickly a year goes by. I came across a picture of myself from a year ago, and I’m pretty well…. let’s just say having a lot of fun. And yes, those are jello shots I am distributing to our friends at our 4th of July party.

A year later, today, well I am definitely growing, I mean glowing.

Today I’ll have a cheese burger in one hand and tums in the other…I will be trying to walk, but have to take breaks due to the sciatic pain and numbing in my left leg- all good, all great, all very U.S.A.

babies, cheeseburgers, outdoor backyard fun, shorts, tanks, flip flops and of course fireworks… no jello shots, but that’s ok plenty of time for that on future days…..couldn’t be better!

I am glad you are going to enjoy yourself. Can you do any exercises to build up muscle strength and alleviate the sciatic pain? I hope that goes away soon.

I use to love the 4th and the fireworks. However, I am so sad that it seems fireworks have been so common. We have had fireworks going off somewhere everynight for the past week.
