Our garden is a plenty with tomatoes right now and I have been searching for ways to use em” up.  I saw this cute idea on pinterest and had an opportunity to try them when we had a few people over last weekend.

It was a fun way to start dinner and also super easy to make and clean up – I just threw the sticks away.

Here is what you need:

Skewer Sticks

A Holder (I used a mason jar)

Tomatoes

Mozzarella Cheese

Olive Oil

Basil

Really Easy Prep:

Cut the tomatoes into bite size, cube the mozzarella cheese (I used a melon ball scooper), dip in olive oil and sprinkle with some basil.

Super easy and cute way to use your tomatoes for a salad on a stick …and no clean up!
